בגליון 7 של'כפיה' (יולי 2002) פרסמנו כתבה על מחקרי הסמים הנערכים במתקני הכליאה הפסיכיאטריים על כלואים ישראליים המשמשים כעכברי מעבדה עבור מוסדות אמריקניים. הסברנו כי "המחוקק שהכיר בפיקציה המשפטית של "מחלה פסיכיאטרית" הסיר כל פיקוח, בקרה והגנה מהכלוא הפסיכיאטרי המוגדר ע"י החוק כתת אדם נעדר רצון חופשי וההופך לחומר גלם ביולוגי ללא זכויות להתנגדות. מרגע שניתן לחטוף אדם למוסד פסיכיאטרי לכלוא אותו שרירותית ניתן גם לפלוש לגופו ולבצע בו כל מה שהפסיכיאטר חפץ מבלי שהתוקף ייתן דין וחשבון.
המטרה של הגדרת "סכיזופרן/תת-אדם" מאפשרת לחברה ולמחוקק לבצע ניסויי אימה נוסח דר' מנגלה שתכליתם בין השאר היא צבאית. שמה של קרן סטנלי ואוסף מוחות הסכיזופרניים שברשותה מופיע כאחד מהגורמים המממנים את הניסויים. אוסף המוחות של קרן סטנלי הוקם בשנת 1994 והוא כולל מוחות של סכיזופרנים, מנים¬ דפרסיביים וכו' שנאספו מכל העולם וממוקם באוניברסיטת כוחות הביטחון "Uniformed Services University" במרילנד שהיא בי"ס גבוה המנוהל בידי משרד ההגנה האמריקני. זהו בי"ס אליו הולכים קציני צבא להשתלמויות מתקדמות להבדיל מווסט פוינט למשל שהיא המקבילה לקולג' האמריקני. הקרן היא גוף העושה תעמולה תוקפנית במיוחד להטלת אמצעי כפייה פסיכיאטריים חריפים וכבדים במיוחד והיא מממנת מחקרים מחוץ לארה"ב, כולל בישראל.
בארה"ב, בעקבות הזוועות שבוצעו עד לשנות ה¬70 כמו ניסויי MKULTRA הידועים לשמצה, תוקנו חוקים נוקשים לגבי
ניסויים בבני אדם, סודיות והסכמה מדעת לטיפול וניסוי בבני אדם. בישראל, כמו במדינות מתפתחות אחרות, אין לכלוא
הפסיכיאטרי כל חוק המבטיח הגנה והגבלה. לציבור הגיעו רסיסי מידע על העינויים והניסויים המתרחשים בתוך המוסדות הפסיכיאטריים: שוקים חשמליים לחיילי מלחמת יום כיפור, ניסויים בסם אקסטאזי באוניברסיטת בן גוריון וכו'. זו הסיבה מדוע ברוני הסמים והקרנות הבודקות אמצעי לחימה עבור צבא ארה"ב משתמשות ב"חומר הגלם" האנושי הישראלי ובשיתוף פעולה מלא של הפסיכיאטרים הישראלים."
עד כאן המאמר מ-2002. בעקבות דואר אלקטרוני שקבלנו מאדם שנוטל קלוזפין וששאל אותנו לגבי סם זה החלטנו שהגיע הזמן לחזור ולעדכן את רשימת 'ניסויי דר. מנגלה' זו. כל המחקרים שלהלן ממומנים ע"י גורמים בארה"ב, הסיבה לכך היא שמנהל התרופות האמריקני (FDA) ביטל את הצורך של מחקרים קליניים בתרופות הנערכים מחוץ לארה"ב להתאים עצמם לקווי ההנחיה המוסריים של הצהרת הלסינקי, שאומצו ע"י הקהילה הרפואית הבינלאומית להבטיח שלא יופרו הבטיחות והכבוד של אנשים המשמשים כנושאי מחקר בניסויים רפואיים. ראו את המאמר הבא מעיתון הרפואה הבריטי Lancet.

HELSINKI DISCORDS: FDA, ETHICS, and INTERNATIONAL DRUG TRIALS
Since 1964, the Declaration of Helsinki has stood as one of the world's most authoritative statements on ethical standards for human research.1
Drafted by the World Medical Association to provide medical researchers with ethical guidance, the Declaration has undergone six major revisions, most recently in October, 2008.2
For many years the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has required that foreign clinical studies supporting applications for drug licensure comply with the Declara tion. However, on Oct 27, 2008, the FDA formally discontinued its reliance on the Declaration and substituted the International Conference on Harmonization's Guideline for Good Clinical Practice (GCP).3
The rationale behind the FDA's action is complex, and no doubt refl ects an eff ort to balance portant interests and public-policy goals. Among the FDA's reasons are the need to assure the quality of foreign data submitted to the agency, a wish to prevent confusion among researchers when the Declaration of Helsinki under goes revision, and a worry that future modifi cations could
"contain provisions that are inconsistent with US laws and regulations".3
The FDA's latest action completes a process begun in 2001 when the agency declined to recognise the 2000 revision, in part due to the Declaration's restrictive stance on placebo-controlled trials in econ omically developing countries.4 The practical consequences of the FDA's current action are unclear because the ruling applies to only a subset of clinical trials-ie, international trials. Moreover, several countries that host such research have regulations that endorse or emulate the Declaration of Helsinki.
Nevertheless, at a time when the volume of overseas trials is increasing,5 the FDA's new policy is troubling. First, the Declaration of Helsinki has a moral authority that GCP lacks. The Declaration has long been recognised as a leading international ethical standard for research. Whereas the World Medical Association includes 85 national medical societies from every part of the globe, the International Conference on Harmonization consists of only voting members from the USA, the
European Union, and Japan. Indeed, the authors of GCP acknowledge the authority of the Declaration of Helsinki when they state that a goal of GCP is "consisten[cy] with the principles that have their origin in the Declaration of Helsinki".6 The FDA regulates the largest drug market in the world and we worry that its replacement of the Declaration of Helsinki with a less morally authoritative document may cause others to follow suit, thereby undermining international ethical standards for research.
Second, the Declaration of Helsinki has a breadth and depth that GCP lacks.1 For sure, GCP covers similar topics to the Declaration, but the focus of GCP is regulatory harmonisation, not the articulation of ethical commitments. Careful examination of the two documents reveals several important ethical
issues that are addressed in the Declaration about which GCP is silent (panel).
Thus reliance on GCP rather than on the Declaration of Helsinki may result in less protection for research participants. If so, the FDA's action might lower the bar for international research under its purview-a scenario that has worried previous commentators.7,8
Third, the FDA's departure from the Declaration of Helsinki could undermine its stated goals of clarity and regulatory harmonisation. For example, if many countries continue to use the Declaration, US researchers will encounter the same "confusion" that the FDA is attempting to prevent with its new rule.
Similarly, should other countries follow the FDA's lead and abandon the Declaration of Helsinki, the result could be the balkan isation of ethical standards in international research.
In view of these concerns, we suggest the new US administration suspend this rule pending a review of the implications for US-sponsored research overseas. If such review confi rms our concerns, the FDA should be directed to rejoin the international community in requiring that studies be done in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. We also see an important role for major medical
societies-though they lack regulatory authority, collectively these organisations can give voice to the commitment of medical researchers to the Declaration's high ethical standards. The American Society of Gene Therapy is considering policy on this issue9 and others should follow suit.

כזכור זהו סם פסיכיאטרי שבוודאות הורג אנשים בריאים ע"י פגיעה בתפקוד הלב. במאמר שלנו מ-2002 ציטטנו את הפסיכיאטרים משה קוטלר, מיכאל מטר, אורי לבנטל וחגית כהן מאוניברסיטת בן גוריון שניסו את קלוזפין על 56 כלואים ("סכיזופרנים") וממצאיהם מצביעים על כך שבקרב הכלואים הפסיכיאטרים המקבלים 'קלוזפין' נמצאו סימנים המראים על פגיעה בלב ("פרפור חדרים") ומחקר זה מתווסף למחקר אחר ממתקן הכליאה הפסיכיאטרי 'שער מנשה', בין השנים 1991-1998 שבו כלואים פסיכיאטרים שנפטרו עקב "מוות פתאומי ובלתי מוסבר וטופלו ב'קלוזפין'" היו צעירים יותר ובריאים יותר, בהשוואה לכלואים שלא קיבלו 'קלוזפין'. והפסיכיאטרים קובעים: "למרות העניין הרב לנוכח ממצאים אלה, מן הצורך להדגיש כי קבוצת הנבדקים קטנה, ולכן נדרשת בדיקה במדגמי אוכלוסייה נרחבים" (פורסם ב'הרפואה', ביטאון הסתדרות הרופאים הישראלית, בדצמבר 2001 עמ' 1146 פיסקה 4).

ניסויים ב-TMS
אל תעשיית יצוא הנשק הישראלית המשגשגת הצטרף מתקן הכליאה הפסיכיאטרי 'שלוותה' שהציג לתקשורת מכשיר עינויים פסיכיאטרי שבשפה המקצועית נקרא Deep TMS, והומצא על ידי ד"ר אברהם צנגן וד"ר יפתח רוט ממכון ויצמן. החברה הישראלית 'Brainsway' שנוסדה בשנת 2003 ע”י צנגן ורוט מממנת את פיתוח המכשיר שהוא מעין קסדה המחשמלת את הקורבן. בשנת 2003, רכשה קבוצת משקיעים בראשותם של ד”ר דוד זכות, אבנר חגי, ועוזי סופר את השליטה בחברת Brainsway, Inc. מתקן הכליאה הפסיכיאטרי 'שלוותה' הוא מתקן הכליאה היחיד בעולם האחראי על פיתוחו הקליני של המוצר והמאפשר לנסות אותו על "קהל שבוי", פשוטו כמשמעו...ולמה? מאחר והפסיכיאטר הביולוגי יחיאל חיליק לבקוביץ, מנהל המעבדה הקוגניטיבית ב'שלוותה', הוא חלק מצוות המו”פ של החברה השטנית. כדי לקדם את מכירות המכשיר של החברה בה הוא מועסק נוקט הפסיכיאטר הביולוגי לבקוביץ טקטיקות של "גילוי" זוועות העינוי במכות חשמל: "בכל בתי החולים לחולי נפש בארץ עדיין משתמשים בטיפול העתיק של שוק חשמלי, בו עושים שימוש כבר משנת 1938. הטיפול גרם לסבל רב ואף גרם לשבירת עצמות בקרב המטופלים", וסתם שקרים: "כיום אסור לטפל בחולה בשוק חשמלי לפני שהסבירו לו במפורט על השיטה, וללא חתימה שלו על הסכמה לטיפול." כידוע, בבית המשפט כבר קיים תקדים של השופטת הירושלמית מיכאלה שידלובסקי אור הכופה מכות חשמל על אשה שסרבה לחתום על טופס הסכמה. מכות החשמל, על פי הפסיכיאטר הביולוגי לבקוביץ', הן "אחד הטיפולים המוצלחים ביותר בתחום בריאות הנפש" שחסרונם הוא רק "הסטיגמה השלילית שנוצרה סביב הטיפול, סטיגמה הגורמת למטופלים להירתע ממנו", מסביר הפסיכיאטר לבקוביץ'. שימו לב שכדי לקדם את מכירות הסטרט-אפ השטני הזה הפסיכיאטרים לפתע מערערים על יעילות התרופות "נגד דיכאון", שעד כה תוארו על ידי חברות יחסי הציבור ותקשורת התאגידים ככגלולות פלא.

(-המידע החזותי המגיע אל המוח מעובד תחילה באונה מסוימת. משם מובל המידע בשני מוליכים. מערכת המוליך הגבי מקרינה מידע לתוך אונה אחרת ויש השערה כי היא ממלאת תפקיד חשוב במיקום בחלל של גירויים).

ולבסוף, ניסוי הקורע את מסווה הבולשיט כי מדובר בטיפול במחלה. בניסוי במתקן הכליאה הפסיכיאטרי בבאר יעקב הקורבנות שיחושמלו בעזרת קסדת מכות החשמל במשך חודש יישאלו, במהלך החישמולים, על מחשבותיהם לגבי הדיכאון שלהם, וכך הפסיכיאטר עודד רוזנברג יקבע אם הם החלימו ממחלתם.
